What platforms is Warhammer 40K Space Marine 2 releasing for?

Warhammer 40,000 Space Marine 2 will be available for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S. It’s bad news for Switch and last-gen players, but we’re halfway through the current generation now, so can we really be surprised? If Warhammer 40K: Space Marine 2 lives up to the trailers, it’ll need all that extra processing power.

Can you pre-order Warhammer 40K Space Marine 2?

Yes, Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 is available for pre-order right now. There are three editions to choose from. The base game costs $60, or you can pre-purchase the Gold Edition or Ultra Edition (priced at $90 and $100, respectively) to get four days of early access.

There’s also a Collector’s Edition packed with Warhammer 40,000 goodies, but at the time of writing, it’s sold out. It includes all the following for a whopping $249.99, and we’ll update this article if it comes back in stock.

  • A physical copy of the base game, including exclusive box art from Focus Entertainment.
  • The official steelbook for Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2.
  • An official behind-the-scenes art book, called The Art and Making of Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine.
  • A collector’s case featuring unique Space Marine artwork.
  • Access to the upcoming DLC for the sequel, called Macragge’s Chosen.
  • A finely detailed and painted 8.25 x 6.7” resin statue of the character Lieutenant Titus fighting a Tyranid alien.
