New MMORPGs are few and far between, so when a game like Throne and Liberty promises to revitalize the genre with modern gameplay, graphics, and systems, you can’t blame us for getting excited.
Throne and Liberty’s beta phases are over, and its full launch is on the horizon, so keep reading to find out how much longer you have to wait before you can jump into the new MMO and start forging your path.
Throne and Liberty release date and time
Throne and Liberty releases on Sept. 17, 2024, but you can play as early as Sept. 12 if you pre-purchase an early-access pack.
Developer NCSOFT hasn’t provided an exact release time for the full game or early access, but the Xbox Store listing says the game launches at 10am PDT, so we’ve set our countdowns to expire then on both dates. If anything changes, we’ll update this article with new release times. In the meantime, refer to the countdown below to see exactly when Throne and Liberty’s full launch goes live.
If you’re among the eager few pre-ordering an early-access pack for Throne and Liberty, you get the privilege of jumping into the game five days ahead of everyone else. Check out the countdown below to see exactly how long remains until Throne and Liberty’s early-access period begins.
What platforms will Throne and Liberty release for?
Throne and Liberty launches for PC via Steam, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S on the same date: Sept. 17, 2024. That’s right, unlike most new MMORPGs, Throne and Liberty isn’t just coming to PC at launch. You’ll be able to play it on console, too, as long as you own a current-generation machine.
Can you pre-order Throne and Liberty?
Yes, you can pre-order Throne and Liberty on Steam, the PlayStation Store, or the Xbox Store. The base edition costs $40 to pre-purchase and guarantees five days of early access from Sept. 12. You can also buy the Deluxe or Standard editions for a few optional goodies, but if you ask me, the base edition offers more than enough.
