Whether you’re hoping Saquon Barkley elevates the Eagles into true championship contention or the Baltimore Ravens can finally get that elusive chip with the addition of Derrick Henry, there are plenty of different teams that make sense with how the offseason has shaken out.

If you’re looking to rebuild a struggling team in Madden 25‘s franchise mode, however, you could look towards some of the lower overall teams. These teams include the Arizona Cardinals, since they currently the lowest overall rating of any team in the game at 71. They do, however, have a couple of decent players to build around, like quarterback Kyler Murray and rookie wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr.

The Chicago Bears currently have a 76 overall, but have some decent prospects to rebuild with, such as rookie quarterback Caleb Williams. The Los Angeles Rams are also lower down the list with a 73 team overall, but they also have some definite bright spots on the team like the wide receiver duo of Cooper Kupp and Puka Nacua.
